SCVAC Track and Field Championships 29-04-16
With no volunteer to take overall responsibility for the planned Track and Field Championships, we have had to cancel the track booking for the Julie Rose Stadium on May 28th, i.e. this championship has been cancelled.
We are in discussions with Vets AC to see if we might hold our championships with the Veterans AC championships on August 28th at Kingsmeadow Stadium, Kingston on Thames.
For this to happen we will still need volunteers -  particularly a Meeting Manager, plus qualified officials - the number of athletes will be roughly double last years SCVAC championship.
Please contact Arthur Kimber if you are able to offer your services on August 28th.
Those athletes who had already entered the SCVAC championship scheduled for 28th May, will have their entries carried forward to the proposed August 28th date.
However, if you have entered and cannot make the new later date, please email us and we will arrange for your payment to be refunded.
As yet, the entries for August 28th are not yet open in the BMAF system. We will keep you updated on developments.
